A simple and easy breakfast recipe, you only need 6 ingredients to charge you up in the morning. You can prepare it in the evening before you doze off for a hassle free morning.

 

Thermomix Overnight Chocolate Quinoa Cups

180g uncooked white quinoa

410g can coconut milk

pinch salt

20g cocoa powder

20g honey

1 tsp vanilla essence

 

Place quinoa, coconut milk and salt into TM Bowl and cook for 20 minutes/90°C/Speed 2.

Add cocoa powder, honey and vanilla essence. Mix for 30 seconds/Speed 3.

Pour into 4 glasses or small bowls. Refrigerate overnight.

Top with yoghurt, strawberries or other fresh fruit.
